By creating an account on Gift Calculator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gift Calculator allows users to create customizable gift wishlists and share them with friends. Friends can select gifts from the wishlist, and the organizer can view the results.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
The Service offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.
You retain ownership of the content you create on Gift Calculator (event titles, questions, tiers, gifts). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display this content as part of operating the Service.
You agree not to: use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities; attempt to bypass payment restrictions; interfere with the Service's operation; or collect user data without consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
